There is a powerful but simple lesson to be learned from running: If you do not step forward, you will forever remain in the same place. Those who continue to push forward are those who succeed in the race. Whether for sport or for fun, running offers a myriad of benefits. Running increases life expectancy, burns calories, and strengthens muscles, as well as the mind.
All of us at Lehmbecker Law Firm are very fond of running. For over 30 years, firm founder Larry Lehmbecker has been running for sport and fitness, pushing the physical limits of his body. He is a three-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
Lehmbecker Law Firm is celebrating and encouraging those who run; the individuals who push to better themselves both physically and mentally. Lehmbecker Law Firm’s Sprinting Towards Success Scholarship is a $1,000 college scholarship that will be awarded to a graduating high school senior.
