Luis Paredes, Case Manager
Luis Paredes works primarily with our Spanish-speaking Workers’ Compensation clients. He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.
Danielle Erhart, Case Manager
Danielle began working at our law firm as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up!
Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Comp team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.
Stephanie Plascencia, Legal Assistant
Stephanie is a member of our Workers’ Compensation team and is extremely organized, calm, self-motivated and smart! She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University San Bernardino and a Master’s Degree in Criminology from UC Irvine.
She is bilingual in Spanish and quickly learned how to support our Workers’ Comp team as a Legal Assistant. Currently, she works with our case managers and paralegals to help each client achieve the goals we have set for their work injury case.
Erika Botello, Legal Assistant
Erika has several years of experience helping injured workers with their Department of L&I Workers’ Compensation claims, which makes her a valuable addition to our Workers’ Comp legal team. She is also bilingual in Spanish and can assist our Spanish-speaking clients.
Erika is very personable and is passionate about helping our clients. She is also an excellent listener and a great advocate!
Ashland Bernard, Legal Assistant
Ashland is a PNW native and joined our personal injury team after moving back from Oaxaca, Mexico. Her time in Mexico inspired her to work with the Spanish-speaking population in Washington, and highly motivates her in her work with us. Ashland is very interested in the legal field and hopes to one day attend law school. She has an undergraduate degree in History from Willamette University. Her positive attitude and eagerness to learn makes her a great addition to our firm. She is also fluent in Spanish which is a great help to our team.
