Luis Paredes, Case Manager
Luis Paredes works primarily with our Spanish-speaking Workers’ Compensation clients. He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.
Danielle Erhart, Case Manager
Danielle began working at our law firm as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up!
Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Comp team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.
Erika Botello, Legal Assistant
Erika has several years of experience helping injured workers with their Department of L&I Workers’ Compensation claims, which makes her a valuable addition to our Workers’ Comp legal team. She is also bilingual in Spanish and can assist our Spanish-speaking clients.
Erika is very personable and is passionate about helping our clients. She is also an excellent listener and a great advocate!
Aracely Reyes, Legal Assistant
Aracely joined our law firm after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Law, Economics and Public Policy and Minor in Human Rights. She worked at another local law firm part-time while going to school and then decided to pursue full-time legal work upon graduation. She is a member of our Workers’ Compensation team and advocates for our Hispanic clients’ rights. She is bilingual in Spanish and grew up in the Kirkland area.
Graciela Altamirano, Legal Assistant
Graciela is a legal assistant on our personal injury team and helps our English and Spanish speaking clients with their auto accident cases. She grew up in the Yakima area and attended Central Washington University, graduating with a B.A. in Law and Justice. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Criminal Justice at Seattle University. Graciela has several years of experience working in the legal field and is excellent at understanding and helping our Hispanic clients.
