Sunshine aggressively represents our clients in personal injury litigation. She manages complex cases from initiation of litigation–through discovery–to mandatory arbitration, mediation, or trial. As a member of our personal injury team, she focuses on auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death and any other personal injury actions where a person was injured by another’s negligence.
Prior to joining Lehmbecker Law, Sunshine served eight years in the Air Force, living and working in six countries and across the U.S. During that time, she finished her Bachelor’s degree; graduating Magna Cum Laude from Park University.
Sunshine then went to law school, beginning her tenure at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. However, when she was a second year student she had the opportunity to intern at the WA Attorney General’s Office Government Operations Division. She fell in love with Washington and finished law school as a visiting student at Seattle University; graduating Cum Laude with her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Sunshine then went to Alaska to clerk for Superior Court Judge Sharon Gleason, but missed WA and returned to pursue her passion for litigation and helping injured people get the justice they deserve.
