Luis Paredes, Case Manager
Luis Paredes works primarily with our Spanish-speaking Workers’ Compensation clients. He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.
Danielle Erhart, Case Manager
Danielle began working at our law firm as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up!
Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Compensation team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.
Daniela Mora, Legal Assistant
Daniela joined our firm after graduating from graduate school at UW. She is fairly new to the area having relocated here from Florida. Daniela is very organized, a necessity for a legal assistant at our law firm! Daniela’s graduate studies at UW earned her a Masters in Fine Arts so she spends a lot of her free time immersed in the art world but during the day she is one of our go-to team members due to her can-do attitude and the speed at which she has learned the Washington State L&I system. She is here to assist our clients with their Workers’ Compensation cases. Daniela is also bilingual in Spanish.
Graciela Altamirano, Legal Assistant
Graciela is a legal assistant on our personal injury team and helps our English and Spanish speaking clients with their auto accident cases. She grew up in the Yakima area and attended Central Washington University, graduating with a B.A. in Law and Justice. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Criminal Justice at Seattle University. Graciela has several years of experience working in the legal field and is excellent at understanding and helping our Hispanic clients.
Adriana Gonzalez, Legal Assistant
Adriana joined our Workers’ Compensation team as a legal assistant in the summer of 2016. She recently moved to the area from California and says she loves it when it rains here in Seattle. We wonder how long that will last!
Adriana is a natural people person and has a very positive attitude. She is bilingual in Spanish and works a lot with our Hispanic and Latino clients. She understands the challenges our clients face and is always eager to help. We are very happy to have her on our team.
Rosa Maria VázquezMellado de Larracoechea, Legal Assistant

Born and raised in Querétaro, México she has experience working in the legal /medical industry and has been able to transfer her solid work ethic to our industry. As a Mexican native, she relates well to our diverse clients.
