Sandra Rodarte, Paralegal

Sandra graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in 2010. Sandra began her career helping injured workers and other injured persons at a Law Firm in Yakima, WA. Sandra joined the Lehmbecker Law team in 2007, where she is passionate about helping injured and disabled persons obtain the benefits and compensation they need and deserve after a serious injury. Sandra is bilingual in Spanish.
Luis Paredes, Case Manager

Luis Paredes works primarily with our Spanish-speaking Workers’ Compensation clients. He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.
Danielle Erhart, Case Manager

Danielle began working at our law firm as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up!
Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Compensation team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.
Robert Kidder, Case Manager

Robert has many years of Workers’ Compensation experience most recently working as a litigation law clerk for another law firm in the area.
He has also worked for a defense firm where he handled mediation and litigation for Employer’s Workers’ Compensation Claims. As a lay
representative under WAC 263-12-020(3)(iii), he was able to represent the employers in all aspects before the Board of Industrial Insurance.
At Lehmbecker Law he manages a portion of our Workers’ Compensation cases along with the assistance of his legal assistant and our attorneys.
Valerie Salcedo, Legal Assistant

Valerie is a member of our Workers’ Compensation team. She has been helping the injured find justice by working in the legal field for years. Valerie has a can-do attitude and is always willing and ready to help our clients who are injured and trying to get back to work. Valerie is also fluent in Spanish.
Cassandra Mendoza, Legal Assistant

Cassandra works directly with our clients who have been injured on the job and is based in our Federal Way branch office. She is a recent graduate of UW where she obtained a B.A. degree in Law and Policy.
Marina Villarreal, Legal Assistant

Marina is an extremely organized person who helps our case managers stay on track! As is the case for all our legal assistants, Marina is a valuable resource for our injured clients in both English and Spanish. She works diligently to assist our clients and ensure we provide exceptional communication and customer service.
