Anna graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from Washington State University (GO COUGS!!) in 1994. She joined Lehmbecker Law in 2010 as our Marketing & Office Manager. Anna worked for large corporations for 13 years before joining Lehmbecker Law. As a Kirkland native, she thoroughly enjoys working for a smaller, locally-owned business.

She works hard to ensure that the clients have access to the resources they need to recover physically and emotionally and that the staff has the resources they need to maximize client’s recovery through the legal system. She is constantly working to ensure the firm’s high customer service standards are upheld and to find areas for continued growth and improvement.
Irmin Romero – Reception/Client Relations Specialist
Irmin actively supports both our personal injury and workers’ comp legal teams. He is very personable and always ready and willing to help answer client questions in either English or Spanish.
His first experience in law was working with the Seattle law firm that disbursed the BP Deep Water Horizon fund. He primarily worked in the Spanish team and it was then that he saw how much he could help the Spanish-speaking community.
Irmin also has more than a decade of experience working within the community in healthcare, with at-risk youth, and with chemical dependency. He has focused his efforts on serving the Latino community and striving to understand their needs as a growing population.
He is a very active volunteer with the Youth Special Olympics as well United Way of King County. He strongly believes in empowering our community within, and it’s that same mentality that drives him to want to help each and every one of our injured workers.
Ellen Thayer – Bookkeeper
Ellen has the very important job of managing our clients’ trust accounts. She works the majority of time with our Workers’ Compensation clients who receive wage loss checks every two weeks from the state.
