Jessica has worked as a paralegal for 19 years solely in the personal injury field. She has handled all types of injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, slip and falls, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bite injuries, medical negligence and product liability claims. Jessica is passionate about obtaining justice and exhausting all avenues of recovery to ensure fair compensation for our clients.
Sandra is the lead Workers’ Compensation paralegal at Lehmbecker Law. She graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in 2010. She is now preparing for the next stage of her education of becoming an attorney and is participating in the Rule 6 Law Clerk program. Sandra began her career helping injured workers and other injured persons at a Law Firm in Yakima, WA, where she assisted them with their personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security claims. Sandra joined the Lehmbecker Law team in 2007, where she is passionate about helping injured and disabled persons obtain the benefits and compensation they need and deserve after a serious injury. Sandra is bilingual in Spanish.
As our Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, Robert supports all phases of our 3rd-party litigated cases, from filing, through discovery, and on through arbitration or trial. His focus is in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, slip & falls, and wrongful death. Robert grew up in Seattle and studied at the University of Washington. He works closely with our clients, their treating providers, forensics experts, adverse counsel, and the courts. He has a passion for helping injured people, and an intensity in pursuing successful outcomes for our clients.
After graduating from Central Washington University with a degree in Law and Justice in 2009, Melissa began working in a Seattle-area personal injury law firm. She joined Lehmbecker Law in January 2012 and is now primarily a Workers’ Compensation Litigation paralegal. Melissa works directly with the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals to schedule our client’s hearings and trials. She also supports the litigation attorney with workers’ comp cases during the appeal process. Going into law, and particularly injury law, has allowed Melissa to pursue one of her passions—helping people. In the future, she plans to go to law school and hopes to one day become an attorney.
Irena worked as a personal injury paralegal in the Seattle area for years before joining Lehmbecker Law. Once aboard she immediately jumped right into helping many of our existing clients to maximize their recoveries. Irena particularly enjoys working with clients from their initial intake appointment through case resolution, and looks forward to getting to know existing and new clients alike.
Irena’s family is originally from Russia but she spent the majority of her childhood on Seattle’s Eastside–where she resides now.
