Matthew Gross

Matt joined Lehmbecker Law as a Litigation Attorney after spending 7 years with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. His most recent position there was as Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. He was the lead counsel on murder, sexual assault, child abuse, and felony domestic violence cases through numerous jury trials and verdicts. He worked on all phases of litigation, including investigation, charging decisions, plea negotiations, pre-trial motions, jury selection, and closing arguments. He also interned with the Seattle City Attorney’s office while finishing his law degree at the University of Washington, where he graduated in 2016.

Matt is now turning his focus to civil litigation to advocate for people who have been seriously injured due to motor vehicle collisions, defective premises, medical negligence, dog attacks, nursing home neglect, and wrongful death. We are very pleased to have a successful, seasoned litigator like Matt join us in our mission to provide aggressive advocacy for injured persons.
