Jessica has worked as a paralegal for more than 20 years solely in the personal injury field and has been with Lehmbecker Law firm since 2011. She has handled all types of injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, slips and falls, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bite injuries, medical negligence, and product liability claims. Jessica is passionate about obtaining justice and exhausting all avenues of recovery to ensure fair compensation for our clients. Jessica is based in our Federal Way, WA office.

Sandra graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in 2010. Sandra began her career helping injured workers and other injured persons at a Law Firm in Yakima, WA. Sandra joined the Lehmbecker Law team in 2007, where she is passionate about helping injured and disabled persons obtain the benefits and compensation they need and deserve after a serious injury. Sandra is bilingual in Spanish.

Anna graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from Washington State University (GO COUGS!!) in 1994. She joined Lehmbecker Law in 2010 as our Marketing & Office Manager. Before joining Lehmbecker Law, Anna worked for several large national corporations. As a Kirkland native, she thoroughly enjoys working for a smaller, locally-owned business. Anna has a passion for interacting with clients and watching cases evolve. She works hard to make sure that our clients have access to the resources they need to recover physically and emotionally. Additionally, she works with our staff to ensure they have the resources they need to maximize each client’s recovery through the legal system.

Thomas Moore is our litigation attorney for Workers’ Compensation cases. Tom has served as the staff attorney to the Utah Governor’s Office. He also personally advised the governor, his cabinet, and his staff on matters of complex legislation, litigation and employment issues.

As our Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, Robert supports all phases of our 3rd-party litigated cases, from filing, through discovery, and on through arbitration or trial. His focus is in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, slip & falls, and wrongful death. Robert grew up in Seattle and studied at the University of Washington. He works closely with our clients, their treating providers, forensics experts, adverse counsel, and the courts. He has a passion for helping injured people, and an intensity in pursuing successful outcomes for our clients. Robert is based in our Bellevue, WA office and has been with Lehmbecker Law since 2013.

Luis Paredes has been working at Lehmbecker Law since 2010. He works primarily with our Spanish-speaking Workers’ Compensation clients. He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.

Ellen is our bookkeeper. She has been with our firm since 2015. She is also an avid member of the Pacific NW Region Porsche Club of America.

Danielle began working at our law firm in 2014 as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up! Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Compensation team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.

Lupita helps both our personal injury and workers' compensation teams in so many ways. She is very friendly and outgoing and came to us from a local healthcare office. This means she is very knowledgeable about our cases from the doctor's office's perspective. And since we are an injury firm, this is very important! Lupita is bilingual and can also assist our Spanish-speaking clients. She works in our main office in Bellevue, WA

Sungju is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan and is currently studying for his LSAT exam as he aspires to become an attorney. He attended a Spanish immersion school in Bellevue and is bilingual in Spanish. In his free time, Sungju likes to play the guitar, travel, and explore new restaurants and food.

Matt joined Lehmbecker Law after working as a litigator in King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for seven years. He now shifts his focus to civil litigation, advocating for those injured in car accidents, medical negligence, and other cases.

Cassandra is a recent graduate of the University of Washington where she obtained a B.A. degree in Law and Policy. She works on our Workers’ Compensation Litigation team directly supporting Attorney Thomas Moore. She helps him schedule and prepare for our client’s hearings, mediations and trials with the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.

Belen’s background includes experience as an Attorney in Venezuela and Bilingual Customer Service Correspondent in the United States. She has extensive experience working in firms that focus on employment and labor law. She is teamed up with case manager, Luis Paredes and together they help our Workers’ Compensation clients.

Ivonne is teamed up with our Senior Paralegal Sandra Rodarte. Together they help our attorneys with complicated cases and cases headed for lifetime pension awards. Ivonne has a diverse background in the medical field as a patient care coordinator. Her customer service ethic and understanding and patience with those who are medically unstable is truly inspirational. She is a wonderful advocate and daily point of contact for our clients.
