He actively manages a wide range of cases working directly with new clients, current clients, and the Department of Labor and Industries. He is very passionate about helping the Hispanic community and representing injured Latinos who are struggling to receive the L&I benefits they are entitled to under our state law.
Danielle began working at our law firm in 2014 as a paralegal intern while going to school at Highline Community College. She quickly wowed us with her ability to learn on the job and her passion for the work. We offered her the position of Legal Assistant before she graduated because we didn’t want anyone else to snatch her up!
Danielle has since been promoted to a Case Manager and is a valuable member of our Workers’ Compensation team. She does a great job of helping our paralegal and attorneys move our workers’ comp cases forward. She is a go getter and has already helped the team overcome some big hurdles for our clients.
Cassandra is a recent graduate of the University of Washington where she obtained a B.A. degree in Law and Policy. She works on our Workers’ Compensation Litigation team directly supporting Attorney Thomas Moore. She helps him schedule and prepare for our client’s hearings, mediations and trials with the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.
Belen’s background includes experience as an Attorney in Venezuela and Bilingual Customer Service Correspondent in the United States. She has extensive experience working in firms that focus on employment and labor law. She is teamed up with case manager, Luis Paredes and together they help our Workers’ Compensation clients.
Daisy is teamed up with our Case Manager Danielle Erhart and together they help advocate for our injured workers. Daisy has a degree from the University of Washington, with a Major in Law, Societies and Justice and Minors in Human Rights, Anthropology. Daisy is also active in the community and has volunteered at the The North West Detention Center Resistance.
Ivonne is teamed up with our Senior Paralegal Sandra Rodarte. Together they help our attorneys with complicated cases and cases headed for lifetime pension awards. Ivonne has a diverse background in the medical field as a patient care coordinator. Her customer service ethic and understanding and patience with those who are medically unstable is truly inspirational. She is a wonderful advocate and daily point of contact for our clients.
