$40,000 Settlement for Scooter Rider Injured in Seattle Hit-and-Run

Our client was riding on a Lime Scooter in a designated crosswalk in Seattle when she was struck by a car, resulting in a fractured tailbone. The car did not stop as required by law and instead sped away. Because the driver committed a hit-and-run, it was not determined who was in the driver's seat at the time of the collision. Our client contacted us with very little information about who hit her, and the police could not identify the driver either. All we had to go on was a license plate captured by a witness.
