Thomas Moore

Thomas Moore is our litigation attorney for our Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

Tom has a rich career as a litigator. Most recently he handled personal injury and automotive defense matters related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability at a law firm in Seattle. Prior to moving to Washington, Tom was a trial attorney for the Ada County Public Defender’s Office in Boise, Idaho. Tom oversaw cases from inception to trial, and he served as lead counsel on over a dozen jury trials. Additionally, Tom has served as the staff attorney to the Utah Governor’s Office. There, Tom worked closely with the Division of Criminal & Juvenile Justice on judicial nominations and legislative policy. He also personally advised the governor, his cabinet, and his staff on matters of complex legislation, litigation and employment issues.

Tom has an undergraduate degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and a law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Thomas is licensed to practice in Idaho, Utah, and Washington State.
